As someone who has walked this path myself, I understand the physical and emotional toll that menopause can take.

As I approached my late thirties, I found myself grappling with a myriad of physical, emotional, and mental changes that seemed to materialize overnight—hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, and brain fog.

No one had prepared me for the shifts happening in my body. Eventually, I learned that what I was experiencing were hallmark signs of menopause. I was either met with silence, or told by well-meaning doctors – “well, menopause is just something you have to tolerate...” and “it’s okay, all of these symptoms are normal for someone your age!” Sound familiar!?

My approach combines my own lived experience with my training in Functional Medicine Coaching, offering you a compassionate, holistic, and science-backed approach to wellness. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that works for you—because your journey deserves tailored support, not a one-size-fits-all solution.
