Group Coaching
You don't have to navigate menopause alone—join a supportive, empowering community of women who get it.
[ 2025 Program Start Date: TBD]
Menopause can feel isolating, especially when it seems like everyone else is either ignoring or misunderstanding what you're going through.
But the truth is, you don’t have to face this transition in solitude. With my Group Coaching Program, you'll have the chance to connect with other women who are on the same journey, share experiences, and receive the support you need to embrace this new phase with confidence.
-
In this intimate group setting, you’ll be part of a powerful community of like-minded women, each on their own menopause journey. Here’s how it works:
Real Support, Real Connection: Menopause is a unique experience for each of us, but the challenges and transformations are universal. In our group coaching sessions, you’ll connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
Online Support: Facebook group and messaging channel to stay connected between calls, share wins, and ask questions outside of weekly meetings.
Holistic Wellness Strategies: Together, we’ll explore science-backed, holistic strategies that support the physical, emotional, and mental shifts of menopause. From lifestyle modifications for hot flashes to mindset practices that help you navigate the emotional changes, we’ll cover it all.
A Compassionate, Safe Space: Sharing your journey with others who understand is healing in itself. In our group sessions, you’ll have the space to voice your concerns, ask questions, and receive compassionate, non-judgmental feedback from both myself and the other participants.
Tools for Transformation: Each group session will give you practical tools to manage symptoms, enhance your well-being, and reclaim your vitality. You’ll leave each session feeling empowered with actionable steps to integrate into your daily life.
A Path to Empowerment: The Group Coaching Program is designed not only to help you manage menopause, but to thrive through it. This is your time to embrace the transformation, redefine your identity, and step into a new, vibrant phase of life.
In-Person Workshops and small groups focused programs: TBD
Collaborations with local experts: Collaborations in specific areas such as fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, etc: TBD [ Interested in being a collaborator? Email me here. ]

Why Choose Group Coaching?
Group coaching offers the perfect balance of individualized support and the sense of community that menopause often takes away. When we come together as a group, there’s a powerful exchange of wisdom, support, and insight. You’ll be able to share your experiences, learn from others, and receive guidance in a way that makes you feel seen, heard, and uplifted.
Is Group Coaching Right for You?
Do you feel isolated or misunderstood in your menopause journey?
Are you looking for support from women who share similar experiences?
Would you like a holistic, root-cause approach to managing your menopause symptoms?
Are you ready to transform menopause from a burden to a powerful phase of self-discovery?
If this sounds like you, then group coaching is a perfect way for you to get the support, community, and empowerment you need to thrive during menopause.

A New Approach to Menopause
Traditionally, menopause has been viewed as a negative phase marked by aging, loss of fertility, and discomfort. We are often taught to endure this transition in silence and isolation, with little support for our changing bodies and brains.
I believe it is time for us to fight against the stigma around aging, and shift our understanding of menopause as not an end or something to endure in silence, but a beginning and a transformation — an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, reinvent yourself, and step into a new, vibrant phase of life.
